  Back to School Night
Come meet your child’s teacher at Back to School Night. The meeting will start at the lunch table awning at 7:20 p.m.

Kinder to fourth grade parents please come tonight, August 21.

Fifth to eighth grade parents please come tomorrow, Wednesday, August 22.

Come early and join us for a pasta dinner and chat with friends before you meet your child’s teacher. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. in the school lunch area.

Recess
The weather has been hot but the newly installed awning has been of some relief for students during morning recess and lunch recess.

The students were without the basketball nets last week. Leo has returned from vacation and has installed the nets. Play areas should resume to normal.

Friday Lunch
Our school office will provide Papa John pizza lunch for $4.00 every Friday.

Lunch will include a slice of pizza, fruit, and a drink. All lunches are pre-ordered. You
may pay by the week or month to St. Dominic School.

Lunch
Please pack your child plenty of water and/or juice for their morning recess and lunch. The children are asking for more water and juice from the school office. We do not sell juice or water in the student store.
It is extremely busy during the lunch duty for us to supervise and also sell at the student store.

Please remember to read the parent/student handbook on page 10. For safety reasons, please do not pack glass bottles or containers and metal knives, forks or spoons in lunches. No sodas, caffeinated or energy drinks are allowed.

Fresh & Easy
We need parent and eighth grade student volunteers for the Fresh and Easy Night on September 13. The Fresh and Easy Night is from 4-8:00 pm.
