Scrip
The scrip committee will sell scrip this Sunday at all the Masses.
Please turn in your pre-order forms by Oct. 12 to be filled for Sunday, Oct. 14. Pick-up your order before or after any Sunday Mass.
Sizzlers
Please join us next Wednesday, Oct. 17 at Sizzlers in Eagle Rock from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
This fundraiser will be a fun opportunity for the students to have dinner and chat with their friends. Parents will have an opportunity to meet and make new friends.
Halloween Carnival
All students including preschoolers will have their Halloween Festival on Friday Oct. 26.
Join the fun activities during our Halloween Carnival. This is the most parent attended events. Parents can earn service hours by working in the booths, setting up and tearing down booths, and donating items for the event.
Game booths are FREE for all students. Students receive small prizes after each game. A bag of goodies will be given to all students
The desserts booth sells items from 50 cents to a dollar. Pre-order hot dogs forms are enclosed in the family envelope.
Halloween Costumes
Students should come to school dressed in the costumes. Students must wear tennis shoes with their costumes. No weapons or swords are allowed as part of the costumes.
Students may paint their faces, wear wigs, hats and mask.
The event starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 12:00 noon. The parade takes place at 11:00 a.m. The raffle will start at 11:30 a.m.
Center for the Arts
The after school enrichment art program incorporated into our existing daycare program for the students that registered will starts next week.
Class begins Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 3:00 p.m. in the daycare room. The class is from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Parish Fiesta
All school parents including preschool are required to work 5 hours at the Parish Fiesta. The fiesta is on Nov. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
Parents are asked to sign up in the school office for the day, hours, and booth they prefer to work.
The school is responsible for the dessert booth. We ask that parents donate baked goods for service hours. Each grade is assigned a day for dropping off the goodies. Thank you in advance for your generous donations.
